- Size and weight of the shipment
Estimated Delivery:
- Standard parts: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Large / bulky items (bumpers, panels, glass, etc.) may take longer than standard timelines due to special handling and transit requirements

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where MoParts is at fault.
Order Tracking

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on selected products and locations
- COD availability is subject to verification and courier policies
Delivery Conditions

- Reattempts, address changes, or delivery failures may result in:

Delayed or Failed Deliveries
MoParts is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Natural calamities
- Regional restrictions or strikes
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
Damaged Shipments
- Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video is mandatory to raise a damage claim
- Claims without proof may not be accepted
