Refund and Returns Policy

At MoParts, we deal in automobile spare parts where compatibility and handling are critical. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns – When Are They Accepted

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong Item Supplied
    • The part delivered does not match the part number mentioned in the order confirmation.
  2. Damaged in Transit
    • Product received is physically damaged due to shipping.
    • An unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
  3. Manufacturing Defect
    • Applicable only where the defect is clearly visible before installation.

Returns – When They Are NOT Accepted

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Incorrect part ordered by the customer
  • Part already installed, tested, altered, or used
  • Electrical or electronic parts once opened
  • Damage due to improper installation or handling
  • Requests raised after the return window
  • Missing original packaging, labels, or seals

Return Request Window

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests raised after this period will be rejected automatically

Return Process

  1. Email us at connect@moparts.in with:
    • Order ID
    • Part number
    • Clear images/videos of the product and packaging
  2. Our team will verify the request within 2–3 business days
  3. If approved:
    • Replacement or refund will be initiated at MoParts’ discretion

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after quality inspection at our warehouse
  • Refunds are issued to:
    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
    • Bank account (for COD orders)

Refund Timeline

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days
  • Bank credit time: additional 3–5 business days (depending on bank)

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by:
    • MoParts – if error is from our side
    • Customer – in all other approved cases

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by moParts.in and can’t be cancelled if pre-paid by customers.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Partial Returns

  • Partial returns from a multi-item order are not supported
  • Entire order must meet return eligibility criteria

Final Decision Rights

MoParts reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject any return request
  • Decide between refund or replacement
  • Update this policy without prior notice
